All I wanted to do this Saturday was just curl up like a ball of fur and doze off. It’s chilly, a mug of hot cocoa please!

But, prior plans made me get ready for this admirable event, which has a blend of over more than 60 artisans from across categories.

A Hundred Hands is a non-profit trust whose sole aim is to help the artisans who create magic - all kinds of handmade arts, crafts, home made food, just so that they can earn a fair sustainable living from their work.

Anyone who loves crafts or anything related to home décor, food or even sustainable fashion should check out a variety of products here ranging from banana fiber mats, terracotta jewellery, ahimsa silk, macramé, indigo kurtas shirts, shibori, block prints kalamkari, cane work, rugs, crochet, silver and antique jewellery, yummy homemade pickles and what not?

There is also a puppy adoption center where you get to meet the cutest canines. It’s fun to interact with the artisans and other people with similar interest, and go on a shopping spree!
